How recently have the mechanical systems in the building been updated?

All mechanical systems in the building are new as of 2002 - obviously including new HVAC systems, kitchens, plumbing, bathrooms, sidewalks, siding, gutters, garage, decks, electrical, windows, etc.  Maintenance is regularly done on the building systems throughout the year.
