Who covers the utility bills?

In the Garden Apartment:
The tenants utility bills including A/C, Electric, Gas, Water, and Basic Cable are all included in the monthly payment. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.

All other apartments:
The tenant controls and is responsible for the separately metered electricity and gas service for their Premises and for all phone service installation and utilization costs.
